公開審問後の予審法廷の判断（Decision of the Pre-Trial Chamber following the confirmation hearing）
各容疑に関する予審法廷の判断は、公開審問の終了日から60日以内に書面にて通告されるものとする。 The written decision of the Pre-Trial Chamber setting out its findings on each of the charges shall be delivered within 60 days from the date the confirmation hearing ends.
